Are you tired of Fried Fish? You think it’s super dull? try this Sarciado Fish recipe using timon timon, with a special twist.

Flying fish or what we call isdang lawin or timon timon in bicol is a popular fish in the Bicol region. Can you believe that this fish could fly above sea level? Well, this fish can fly and land on my kitchen for as long as he want 😛 This is great for frying, with coconut milk based sauce or by using it in sarsiado recipe. I hope you enjoy the recipe and don’t forget to share it to your friends and family! Mabuhay!
