I am a pure blooded Filipina who loves to eat and cook. I am a teacher by profession so I guess, to share my knowledge is one of the things that I can do best. A lot of people think that our dishes is just about “adobo or sinigang”, but in fact ┬áthere are a lot more to taste and try. Even I have to dig in to different regional cuisines just for me to appreciate what Filipino food is all about.
